Where each setting lives

There are about forty settings, scattered across several places. You do not have to remember the map: there is one, and a search.

Settings live where they are used: colours and fonts in Project styles, the app language and the Back button in App settings, the bot and the address in the publish window, tables and links to other services in the Data panel, your plan and the editor theme and language in the account menu. That is convenient while you remember the map, and painful when you do not.

If you know the word, search is faster: ⌘K on a computer, the magnifier in the header on a phone. It understands loose words too — “link” and “slug” both lead to the app address, “icon” to the app picture, “webhook” to connecting other services.
